Elaine has lived in Enderby for 14 years and has enjoyed all Enderby has to offer. She would now like to give something back to the community.

Elaine has been a volunteer at Enderby Community Library and teaches Yoga in the Village for many years before she retired five years ago.

Prior to this Elaine was a primary school teacher, and part of her teaching career was at a local school in Narborough Village. Elaine believes that her career in teaching and Yoga has helped make a difference, and she feels that being part of the Parish Council is also another way to make a difference.

Elaine's areas of interest are in developing a sense of community, through events as well as supporting local business. She is passionate about the environment, preserving green spaces, wildlife, recycling and minimizing pollution.
